KITO Wins Another Gold Award in the ‘CICA’ for Creative Design!

On October 12, 2024, the award ceremony for the 12th China Italy Ceramic Award took place in Foshan. In this competition, high-end products from China tiles manufacturer KITO and Italian brand UNICA, a premium porcelain slab brand under the ABK Group, won two well-deserved honors: the "Gold Award for Creative Design" and the "Outstanding Porcelain Slab Product" award. These accolades were earned thanks to the latest application of 3D TECH technology, combined with cutting-edge design concepts and striking product aesthetics.

 

As one of the most prestigious international awards in the Chinese ceramic industry, the China Italy Ceramic Award has been successfully held for 12 editions. It serves as the highest-level design competition platform in the industry. The winning entries are selected through a fair, professional, and rigorous process by a panel of authoritative Italian industry organizations and renowned international designers. The event attracts numerous industry experts and mainstream media, coming together to celebrate this grand occasion.

At this years Cersaie in Bologna, Italy, leading Italian brands showcased outstanding performances in 3D relief technology and creative design, with their tile products representing cutting-edge ceramic production technology. Both parties will work closely to drive innovation and progress in ceramic craftsmanship, positioning UNICA products to enter the international market with a more advanced presence.

 

The award-winning product draws inspiration from rare luxury stones worldwide, combining multiple advanced techniques such as 3D tech, P. tech, and dry granules. It faithfully reproduces the intricate textures and details of luxury stones in high definition, while offering excellent anti-slip and anti-stain performance.
